Coaching Agreement

1. Duration

Coaching engagements are typically structured in six-month terms; your initial duration is reflected in your confirmation email. This allows enough time to implement strategies, build systems, and see measurable progress. Either party may end the engagement early with 30 days’ written notice.

2. Services Provided

Regularly scheduled coaching sessions (usually weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the agreement).

Access between sessions by email, text, or voice note for reasonable support.

Customized strategies, playbooks, and feedback based on proven practices.

In-person visits may be included when appropriate; travel costs are covered by the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Be present, prepared, and engaged in all sessions.

Implement agreed-upon strategies with consistency.

Provide honest feedback and open communication.

4. Investment

Coaching is provided on a monthly subscription basis.

Payments are due on the first of each month and made electronically.

Travel costs for in-person visits are the client’s responsibility.

5. What We Guarantee

You will receive clear systems, practical strategies, and our full effort.

While specific results (such as attendance or revenue growth) cannot be guaranteed, we commit to delivering tools that have been proven to work when applied consistently.

If, after three months, you cannot point to meaningful benefits from the coaching relationship, we will make it right, up to and including a refund of your investment.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared in coaching is confidential. We will not disclose your organizational, financial, or personal details without your permission.

7. Resources & Intellectual Property

Materials, playbooks, and tools shared remain the property of Soul & Science Network. They are provided for your organization’s internal use only and may not be sold, distributed, or shared outside without permission.

8. Media

We may request to capture photos, video, or testimonials to highlight our partnership. Nothing will be shared publicly without your prior approval.

9. Referrals

A healthy coaching relationship is built on trust and connection. If you find value in our work together, we ask that you introduce us to at least one other leader who could benefit from this type of coaching.

10. Entire Agreement

This document outlines the full terms of our working relationship. Any changes or additions will be agreed upon in writing.


By issuing your initial payment, both parties agree to these terms.
